Section 2
Account Registration
To place bets, access live casino tables, or withdraw winnings from ss999, you must first register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible adults resident in Bangladesh who meet the age requirement set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
Registration Requirements

One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one ss999 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. ss999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-account behaviour. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended pending investigation, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any withdrawals initiated from a secondary account may be reversed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ss999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ss999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Identity Verification (KYC)

Age Restriction Policy

Underage Play Policy
Any winnings accumulated by a player subsequently found to be under 18 at the time of play will be forfeited in full. There are no exceptions to this forfeiture rule. Deposits will be returned where the original payment method allows.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
ss999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. ss999 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ss999 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your ss999 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which for mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad typically occurs within two to five minutes. ss999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.
Funds deposited into your ss999 account must be used for gaming activity on the platform. ss999 does not act as a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Players may not deposit funds for the sole purpose of holding them without gameplay activity, and ss999 reserves the right to investigate and restrict accounts that display this pattern of behaviour.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your ss999 account, or to a method that you can demonstrate ownership of through the KYC verification process. ss999 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other individuals.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ss999 processes verified withdrawal requests within one business day under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. All withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC identity verification process as described in Section 2.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
- ss999 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your payment provider may deduct their own charges.
- Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours will be processed on the next working day.
- ss999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request deemed high-risk or unusual.

No Third-Party Payments
ss999 strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals made on behalf of another person. All payment methods must be owned and operated by the registered account holder. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
ss999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
Bonus Eligibility
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an ss999 account are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.

Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, ss999 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any winnings derived from it, and permanently close the associated accounts.
Seasonal Promotions
ss999 runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with major events in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms published at the time of launch. Players are encouraged to review the promotions section of the platform regularly.
Bonus Key Rules
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Wagering multiplier and validity period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse
ss999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Accounts identified as engaging in abuse will be permanently closed without appeal, and all pending withdrawals may be subject to review and reversal pending investigation.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on ss999, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — legal personal entertainment gaming activity — and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your ss999 account. All chargebacks initiated without prior agreement with ss999 support will be treated as fraud.
- Money laundering: Using ss999 to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited. ss999 cooperates fully with financial authorities investigating suspicious transaction patterns.

Responsible Account Use
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ss999 account. ss999 recommends that you log out of your account on shared or public devices, never save your password in a shared browser, and review your transaction and betting history regularly through your account dashboard. Acceptable Use

Consequences of Violations

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by ss999
ss999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period; prolonged account inactivity; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or where ss999 determines that continuing to provide services to the player presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ss999 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.
Closure by the Player
You may request to close your ss999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided that KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ss999 will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Players wishing to reactivate an archived account should contact support directly.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has expired. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
ss999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ss999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably, securely, and without interruption, ss999 does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ss999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: interruptions or downtime of the platform; errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected following a confirmed technical malfunction; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; loss of data resulting from technical issues beyond ss999's reasonable control; or any decisions made by players based on information provided on the platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, ss999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts to the players involved. ss999 is not liable for additional compensation beyond the refund of the stake in such circumstances.
ss999 provides links and references to game providers and payment partners purely for informational context. ss999 is not responsible for the conduct, policies, or platforms of third-party providers referenced on the ss999 website.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from a translation or interpretation, the English text shall prevail. All communications with ss999 support, all formal notices, and all dispute correspondence must be submitted in English to be processed.
